SONY PLAYSTATION3 80GB computer entertainment system will be available on June 2008
This PlayStation uses a CPU is called "Cell Broadband Engine™".
The RAM memory is an 256MB XDR Main RAM, 256MB GDDR3 VRAM (special for the SONY
PlayStations).
The Hard Drive is of up to 80GB 2.5" Serial ATA.
The PLAYSTATION3 has a satisfactory Inputs/outputs: 4X USB 2.0, Memory Stick/SD/CompactFlash Slots.
The communication between the PlayStation 3 and others devices can be over Ethernet(10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T or wirelessly over IEEE 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0.
The Video resolutions supported by The PLAYSTATION3 are 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p (24p/60p) and it can be connected over HDMI output.
SONY's 80GB PLAYSTATION 3 has a read only Blu-ray/DVD/CD DRIVE.
